We serve the

bend on route 5 in the heart of the historic Mohawk Valley is a setting

replica of an Irish Castle, Beardslee Castle is at once both modern and
ancient... with the finest in creative cuisine, memorable wedding
receptions, independent music, and exciting special events, all in

DINNER
& DUNGEON HOURS
For the months of January through April we are open Friday and Saturday
nights only, seating from 5pm until 9pm with the Dungeon open for drinks
so long as guests are here.
Banquets any night by arrangement.
Starting May xxxx we return to our regular seasonal hours
serving Thursday - Saturday from 5-9 and Sunday 4-8
The
Dungeon serves a casual menu during our regular dinner hours and remains
open as long as guests care to stay, until 2am at the latest
